A mentor provides a thorough guidance to the participants and a real chance for understanding the depth of new skills and how to apply the skills in a real world environment. Based in Burbank, California, the specific disciplines offered within the talent development program are: Story Visual Development Modeling Animation Layout Texture Painting Background Painting Effects Animation Lighting & Compositing Technical Director – Character Technical Director – Hair/Cloth Technical Director – Look Technical Director – Effects Technical Director – Pipeline Production Management Post Production Art & Production Summer Internship Program is for students who will be returning to their respective schools in fall seasons. This 6-8 week internship program is especially designed for the students who will be returning back to their respective schools after enjoying the break. Under this strict guidance of a Disney mentor, the students will be exploring various aspects of filmmaking and story. THE TECHNOLOGY ORIENTED INTERN PROGRAMS Making use of advanced tools and applications, the technology oriented intern program is a 3 month experience program wherein interns participate in specific projects. For making this program a successful one, knack for animation or graphic designing is required along with the basic know-how of a computer system. NECESSARY GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION Basically, there are two ways to apply, either by creating a profile or applying directly. The applicant can upload his resume or portfolio for the purpose of applying for various posts, only when his account or profile becomes active.
